I did so much stress-baking earlier this year that a loaf of bread seems appropriate. And with that, this year’s Inktober is done.

Japanese eels — unagi — are one of my favorite fish to eat. Unfortunately I haven’t eaten one in years, because they’re pretty endangered in the wild, and at the bottom of the sustainable eating chart. So here’s a drawing of a live eel.

I don’t have many phobias, but ticks are pretty much the grossest thing I can think of.
